Give unconditional love and unconditional love will be given back to you. If you don’t like the way a situation in your life now seems to be heading, believe you can change it and you’ll find you can!

Are you attached to a piece of elastic? The further you go – or try to go – the harder it becomes for you to get anywhere. It seems as if something (or someone) wants to pull you back and keep you under close control. In some ways, you find this comforting. It is always nice to be wanted, noticed and needed. Yet it is not so nice to feel stifled and suppressed. Either the elastic has to stretch further in order to allow you more room to move – or it has to break. Which is it to be? You’ll soon find out, don’t worry.

There’s always something that could be better. There’s always somewhere you could be instead. There’s always someone you perhaps might prefer to talk to. And there’s always the chance that whatever you think you’re missing… you’re not actually missing it at all. We put ourselves through far too much unnecessary angst. We judge ourselves too harshly and we compare ourselves to others much too unfairly. The question today is not ‘what’s wrong’? It’s what’s right and have you yet appreciated all that’s good about it?

‘Sticks and stones can break my bones, but words will never hurt me.’ We sang this in the school playground many decades ago. If they don’t sing it anymore, perhaps it is because, like the myth that smoking is good for you, people have become wise to the truth. We can suffer from the long-term effect of verbal abuse long after the impact of a physical attack. Words are powerful. We have to be very careful how we use them and careful too about how seriously we take them.

Best Idea ever. While running for one hour I´m watching good movies with amazing headphones. Already looking forward to watching one movie in the morning and one after work. Two workouts everyday 5 days a week, back to my old habits and I god I have missed it. New york in two weeks….

Are you spoilt for choice? In one way, you are.
A decision that might normally be easy to make is tricky. There are so many fascinating options and alternatives. Though some of these seem like attractions, others are really just big distractions. So how do you tell the difference? Just ask yourself what you would do if you were in a really tight corner? Who would you turn to then? What would you need more than anything? Make sure that your fall-back position is totally secure.  If it isn't, your choice is made. If it is, you can choose whatever you like...

Try turning it upside down. Or inside out. Put the cart before the horse. At least long enough to see what the horse does and how the construction of the cart might be modified. Think the unthinkable. Imagine the unimaginable. Develop a blue-sky, out-of-the-box, never- in-a-million-years, plan. Don't be defeated. Don't be daunted. Take what you've got (or can easily get) and play.  Something that looks difficult can become surprisingly easy. But this will only happen if you engage with your own creativity.

Look at what you’ve been doing lately, look at how hard you have been working, how diligently you have been carrying out your duties and how self-sacrificingly you have been responding to requests.

No wonder you feel as though there is so little of you left. Is this right? Is it necessary? Might you be doing too much because somewhere within you feel responsible for a problem? What do you owe and to whom do you owe it? And, most crucially, what do you owe to yourself? It’s time, to experience a greater sense of entitlement and a lesser sense of obligation….
